    This tech world today has made an individual lazy, lazy and only lazy. The person runs behind his future, forgetting his active and healthy present routine that aids to one's future. With laziness comes various ailment and the wealth one individual earned during his early days is now spent on various sort of treatments. 1. Stop Eating sugar and sugar items

2. Stop Oily foods

    Oil is something that gets stored in your body in form of fat and is the hardest to digest. So next time you think of the foods easily available to eat in the market, think that it will add 1 inch to your favorite paunch.

3. Take the Stairs

    Waiting for long in front of the accelerator should not be your thing to do next time. Instead take the stairs up and down that can add immensely in getting a better shape that you are right now in.
